* Quality control flowchart depend on various factors (the maker, product complexity and volume)

Goods inspections are done using international standard, the ISO 2859 & BS6001(aka. ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E) statistical test. Strictly carrying out the sampling plan and number of opened cartons according to the AQL. The types that we use are AQL level 1, 2, and 3.

On-site production checks (aka. on-line checks) are to ensure products being produced are up to quality. Should there be any problems, it allows the maker to take early corrective actions before shipment deadline.

It is our best interest to ensure the quality and correctness of our products, and minimizing our customers' risks of products recalls. As product recalls are costly in monetary terms and our customers' brand image, it is our duty to prevent that from happening.
